My dedication to the family construction business started in High School.  Way back then, we had several programs where we would go to School in the morning and work in the afternoon.  I started as a gofer, worked into double entry bookkeeping, by hand.  Then moved into payroll, purchasing, inventory control, estimating and project management.  In 1995 I became President of the company and Our Parents Bob & Margaret Kelly, (Founders of ILCOR) stayed on to train me for several years.  Today my brother Robert Kelly, Jr. and I operate the business.   I truly believe that continuing education in the Construction Business is of the utmost importance.  I have achieved the top certification in the Home Building business of “Graduate Master Builder” from the National Home Builders Association.  A Certificate of Achievement from Austin Energy Green Building Program called “Green Boots”.  I passed my ICC test which you have to take a 4-hour open book code test.  This test was taken to get our contractor’s license in the City of San Marcos, which I took in 2005 and 2015, because they adopted a new code book.  I hold a 10-hour OSHA card.

Our desire is to be the best builder we can be, through communication, education and attention to detail.
