Provide the Shipping Container Company with…

1. Exact address (or if not listed the nearest one)

2. Photos of the drop site, driveway entrance, and adjacent street (as many as you can)

3. Onsite point of contact & phone number

4. Loading orientation - Metal container doors facing the truck cab or facing the rear of trailer

5. Ground Type? Dirt, Gravel, or Pavement

6. Confirm that there will be adequate space for the truck to access the drop site:

-Delivery requires a straight 120' for unloading.

-Height clearance the requirement is 14' high and increases to 24' when unloading. (Overhanging trees, power lines)

-The truck requires 12' wide clearance.

-The truck/trailer/container weigh over 40,000 lbs and require dry, hard ground capable of supporting this weight.

-Ensure the street leading into your property is wide enough to accommodate the truck radius while turning onto your property. We need to be aware of any sharp turns.

-Ensure space is clear of fence posts, underground utilities, grass, planters, and concrete not able to withstand the weight.

-Are there any narrow bridges or steep hills that our driver should be aware of while en route to your location?
